We are outgrowing this house!

Today me and your daddy went to look at new houses. Our house right now has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Brad is living with us which leaves the middle bedroom for you! Sometimes I sit in there and imagine how I will decorate your room and how I'm going to fit 2 cribs, a change table, and all your stuff in there! It is currently painted green which is good because that can be good for a little girl and little boy. You won't always have to share a room but for now I think you will want to. You won't be used to sleeping by yourself!
Your Grandpa and Grandma B. are thinking of coming to live with us for part of the year when you come home. We are so excited! That is why we decided we will just need more room. Especially because we know lots of people will want to come visit you! Today we saw a really nice home that has 5 bedrooms. It sounds like alot but we will fill them all. One for Mom and Dad, one for Grandpa and Grandma B, one for both of you to share, one for Brad, and one for Ashley if she comes home to live with us when her tour is done. She is with the African Childrens Choir right now. I know your Papa and Grammie, Aunties and Uncles, and cousins from Canada will be very eager to come spend time with you too. So we will be blessed to have a full home. You will be loved by so many people! You already are.
We hope we can put a pool in the backyard too. I bet you will love to float around and play in the water with your mama while daddy grills delicious dinners for us :)
Last weekend me and you dad went furniture shopping for your bedroom. We didn't buy anything yet but we are getting ideas and dreaming of the day when we can bring you both home. I'm giddy just thinking about it!

Dear Ones

Hi Babies,
      This is your Mama here. I feel like I have so much I want to say to you. We have not met yet but my love grows for you daily. I pray for you and dream of you all the time. I want you to know how much your daddy and I want you, not as a second option but the best option for us. We feel so blessed and honored that God is allowing us to be your parents. We will be a family very soon.
       I don't know where you are right now, you might be in your birth mothers womb, you might be in a crib, or learning to walk, you might be crying, you might be smiling....one thing I know you are is missed. I am so lonely for you both. Everyday, I notice you are not here and I have to trust God that you will be in my arms in His perfect timing. My sweet ones, Jesus loves you so much and I go to bed at night with peace in my heart knowing that He is holding your little hands in His big ones.

We Are Expecting!

YES!!!! You read that right!!! We are EXPECTING God to bless us with not one but two beautiful babies from Uganda. So here is my Ultrasound...:)

You might say, why two at once? These people are crazy! Well, yes we are. Thank you. I think a little crazy is good sometimes. Truth is adopting one baby at a time never even seemed like an option for us.

God Spoke to us.

We listened.

He put a dream in our hearts to adopt orphans from Africa.

So with joy literally bursting in our hearts, we simply move forward out of obedience to our King!
